  • With over 30 years’ experience in the commercial property industry, Suzi has worked across acquisitions, development, asset management and investment for some of the UK’s biggest names, including LandSec plc, Kingfisher Group and CBRE.

    Today, she uses that experience to help investors understand commercial property properly, without the jargon, hype or nonsense that so often surrounds the sector.

    After leaving the corporate world, Suzi built her own commercial property portfolio worth over £5 million and went on to create The Commercial Property Academy, which started rather unglamorously with a lever arch file in a hotel and has since grown into a thriving community of commercial property investors.

    Her approach is practical, honest and down to earth.
